INCCIP is a coalition of dedicated organizations, institutions and individuals working together to cultivate the united voice for and of children of prisoners.
The International Coalition of Children with Incarcerated Parents (INCCIP) is dedicated to advocating for the wellbeing of children with incarcerated parents.
The organization aims to create a global community that addresses the challenges and issues faced by these children.
INCCIP’s mission includes gathering, collaborating, and supporting a diverse range of organizations and individuals to promote the well-being of children with incarcerated parents. The coalition works to engage with global decision-makers, justice systems, and children’s rights organizations to improve the lives of children with parents in detention.
INCCIP also supports research across national and state boundaries and enhances community responses to better support these children.
The coalition upholds values such as respect, dignity, and the right to voice in national and international fora.
